Educational tools, not advice

RentCaliber provides calculators, market reference data and general guides for educational purposes. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, insurance or lending advice, an appraisal or an offer of credit. Results depend entirely on the assumptions you enter. Verify every figure with actual quotes, contracts and qualified professionals before making a decision.

Data and accuracy

Market figures come from public sources such as the U.S. Census Bureau, FHFA and NAIC, as described in our methodology. They are estimates for broad areas and may be out of date or contain errors. We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that any content is complete, current or error-free.

Your use of the site

You may use RentCaliber for personal and business analysis. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, or misrepresent our content as your own.

Saved deals

Saved deals are stored only in your browser. We do not back them up. Clearing browser data, changing browser or device, or private browsing may delete them. Export a CSV copy if you need to keep them.

Third-party links and partners

RentCaliber links to third-party websites and may include clearly disclosed partner links, as explained on our partners page. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, prices or terms. Any agreement you make is between you and that provider.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, code and the RentCaliber name belong to its publisher, except for public data, the Manrope typeface (used under the SIL Open Font License) and linked third-party material. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.

No warranty and limitation of liability

RentCaliber is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
